Tiffany Johnson is a NAACP Image Award-winning director on the rise, recognized for Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series for Hulu's How to Die Alone. One of the most in-demand directors in television, she has helmed episodes of some of the most critically acclaimed and audience-loved series, including Poker Face (Peacock), Hunters (Amazon), Black Monday (Showtime), Dear White People (Netflix), Mike (Hulu), The Big Cigar (Appletv +), and the HBO Max documentary The Beauty of Blackness. Mariah Winter is a LA based content creator, visual storyteller, and writer whose background spans photography, production, and direction.
She built her online presence with an instinctive, curiosity-driven approach, earning a loyal community drawn to her distinct creative point of view. Known primarily for food and lifestyle content, Mariah is now expanding her storytelling into new territories, reflecting a broader creative practice that resists easy categorization. Alongside her digital work, she is currently developing her debut zine, reflecting her appetite for work that lives beyond the screen and connects with audiences in a more tangible, lasting way.

Kelly McKay is a New York based director whose work centres on how people move through the world: their bodies, relationships, and the spaces where identity, community, and care intersect. A former women's soccer player, Kelly brings a firsthand understanding of sport, discipline, and belonging to her filmmaking. Her work is rooted in sport, community, and sexuality, combining strong visuals with authentic human storytelling. She has collaborated with brands including U.S. Soccer, where she is contributing to their upcoming World Cup campaign. Across commercial and narrative work alike, Kelly is known for her empathetic lens and her ability to find genuine human connection within a frame.

Ash K Halliburton is a London and Brighton-based Art and Creative Director working across fashion, film, and culture. With a background spanning art direction, production design, and directing, she brings both conceptual leadership and hands-on execution depth to film, fashion (stills and motion), commercials, and music videos. Ash has collaborated with brands including McLaren, Uber Eats, Channel 4, and Charlotte Tilbury, as well as artists such as FKA Twigs and franchises such as Harry Potter. She is known for a calm, focused approach to collaboration and for delivering work that feels intentional and atmospheric, grounded in meaning rather than trend. Ash recently premiered her short film, Grief, in London.

Director / Photographer Kelly Allison is drawn to the gooey and splashy, drippy and stretchy. She likes things that move - bubbles, spills, swoops, pulls, smiles, laughter, and hugs. Kelly partners with the top technicians and artists in the field to create visuals that go well beyond drool worthy. As a community they collectively seek to flip the script on traditional advertising and challenge what’s possible, promoting visionary concepts that center on the truth + power of our collective human experience. Kelly uses her boundless energy to excite and inspire talent to truly identify with each role that is cast, yielding a uniquely authentic and approachable end product. 

Sonia Malfa is a Puerto Rican-American writer-director drawn to the quiet, transformative work of being human. Shaped by her years as a wilderness educator and studies in race and gender, her visually arresting storytelling weaves together nature, myth, and cultural memory into intimate, layered narratives grounded in emotional truth. Her directing career spans narrative shorts, commercials, and episodic documentary television, including a docuseries for Peacock/Comcast and campaigns for Nike, Ulta Beauty, Facebook, Vogue Italia, and L'Oreal. Her work has earned recognition from the Tribeca Film Festival, Clio Awards, The Webby Awards, and The One Show Awards, among others.

Gemma Warren is a British-Canadian director, photographer, and creative director with a keen eye for lifestyle and fashion. She has a diverse background both commercially and artistically, gaining recognition working for internationally recognized brands including MAC, Nike, Reformation, Google, The North Face, Canada Goose, Ford and New York Times. Her work has been screened, exhibited, and published globally in outlets such as W Magazine, Nylon, Vice, Billboard, and Paper Magazine. She has been honored at the CANNES SHORTS Film Festival, the Los Angeles Music Video Awards, and the CANNES LIONS International Festival of Creativity in France.

Danielle Degrasse-Alston is a multi-hyphenate creative, rooted in faith and her community. She embodies the 'new professional': raw intelligence and a sort of calculated risk-taker. Growing up on the South Side of Chicago, Danielle witnessed a lot of violence. At a young age, she co-published a magazine called Verluxe Mag as a way to bring the community together, uplift local artists and effect social and political change. Danielle's portfolio features collaborations with esteemed brands and prominent figures, including Gucci, Nike, Jordan Brand, Paper Magazine, W Magazine, Cardi B, Offset, Lil Yachty, Troye Sivan, Ariana Grande, Maggie Rogers, Vic Mensa, Common, Schoolboy Q, Chance the Rapper and Vice President Kamala Harris on her recent campaign trail.
